On Friday, September 12, 2024, accredited lecturers from the Office of the Commissioner, Marin Cetinić and Nemanja Damjanović, from the Sector for Education and Certification, held a training session on the implementation of the Law on Personal Data Protection for employees of the Republic Commission for the Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures. The training was attended by 12 employees from all sectors of the Commission.
The training session was marked by the exceptional activity of the participants, who were shown, through concrete examples, how the principles and lawfulness of personal data processing are respected. In this way, many ambiguities that Data Controllers’ representatives have when processing data in public procurement procedures were resolved, mostly in relation to the public disclosure of personal data. At the end of the training, characteristic examples from inspections and extensive practice of the Commissioner’s Office were presented.
