Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in September 2025
I Case statistics
In September 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 1.586 cases, namely:
- 1.090 cases related to access to information,
- 345 cases related to personal data protection,
- 36 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
- 115 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.
This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.495 (938 — access to information, 381 — data protection, 53 — misdemeanor proceedings, 123 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
