Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in July 2025

I Case statistics

In July 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 1.881 cases, namely:

• 1.283 cases related to access to information,
• 420 cases related to personal data protection,
• 70 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 108 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.622 (1.149 — access to information, 321 — data protection, 51 — misdemeanor proceedings, 101 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
