activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in September 2024

I. Cases statistics

In September 2024, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 1,927 cases, namely:

• 1,655 cases related to access to information,
• 108 cases related to personal data protection,
• 50 cases related to the misdemeanors proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 114 cases related to both fields of competencies and work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1,697 (1,274—access to information, 124—data protection, 202— misdemeanor proceedings, 97—harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
