Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in June 2025
I Case statistics
In June 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 1.640 cases, namely:
- 1.259 cases related to access to information,
- 144 cases related to personal data protection,
- 26 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
- 211 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.
This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.979 (1.507 — access to information, 259 — data protection, 28 — misdemeanor proceedings, 185 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
