Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in April 2025

I Case statistics

In April 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 2.324 cases, namely:

• 1.457 cases related to access to information,
• 711 cases related to personal data protection,
• 69 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 87  cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 2.585 (1.853 — access to information, 353 — data protection, 82 — misdemeanor proceedings, 297— harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
