I. Cases statistics

In February 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 4.110 cases, namely:

• 1.486 cases related to access to information,
• 2.215 cases related to personal data protection,
• 60 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 349 cases related to both fields of competencies and work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 2.223 (1.577 — access to information, 518 — data protection, 36 — misdemeanor proceedings, 92 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
