Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in December 2025
I Case statistics
In December 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 2.150 cases, namely:
- 1.693 cases related to access to information,
- 232 cases related to personal data protection,
- 70 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
- 155 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.
This month, the total number of resolved cases is 2.625 (1.768 — access to information, 596 — data protection, 74 — misdemeanor proceedings, 187 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
