Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in November 2025

I Case statistics

In November 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 1.254 cases, namely:

• 918 cases related to access to information,
• 157 cases related to personal data protection,
• 58 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 121 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.384 (931 — access to information, 304 — data protection, 47 — misdemeanor proceedings, 102 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
