Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in October 2025

I Case statistics

In October 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 2.321 cases, namely:

• 1.693 cases related to access to information,
• 389 cases related to personal data protection,
• 57 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 182 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 1.937 (1.278 — access to information, 459 — data protection, 39 — misdemeanor proceedings, 161 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
