This website is managed by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as: the Commissioner), who is responsible for the content published on the site. The Commissioner respects the privacy of its users and, therefore, does not process any user information, such as IP addresses, email addresses, and/or other data about visitors to the website. For this reason, the Commissioner does not use “cookies” through which some of your personal data could be collected.

A “cookie” is a small piece of data that a website may send to your browser, which can then be stored on your hard drive. If you are concerned about your privacy and the use of cookie technology, you can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. You can also configure your browser to refuse cookies sent by other websites.

We also do not use Google Analytics or any similar service for data collection.

The Commissioner’s website provides links to other web pages (Google+, the Commissioner’s YouTube channel), just as those pages may link back to ours.

It is important to know that other websites operate in accordance with their own Terms of Use and Privacy Policies, and the Commissioner has no control over them, does not possess their data, and cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any content, advertisements, products, or other materials available on those websites.

On our official website https://www.poverenik.rs/sr/, we have integrated, via a plugin, our official Twitter account @PoverenikRS, where we publish certain information that would otherwise not be visible on the site itself. This account is managed by the American company Twitter, in accordance with its own Privacy Policy, and due to the aforementioned plugin on our site, Twitter may track visitors to https://www.poverenik.rs.

For this reason, we suggest that you install Privacy Badger on your browser (a free plugin developed by the Electronic Frontier Foundation – EFF, an organization dedicated to protecting digital rights) or another tool that protects you from tracking while browsing the web.

In the event of any changes to the existing Privacy Policy, we will notify you in a timely and visible manner.
