Meeting of Committee for Stabilization and Association
The cooperation of the Commissioner's institution with the National Assembly is at a satisfactory level
Today, Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Milan Marinović, participated online in the ninth meeting of the Stabilization and Association Committee, which was held in Brussels.
At the meeting, in the section on political criteria, the Commissioner pointed out that the cooperation of the Commissioner’s institution with the National Assembly is at a satisfactory level. In particular, he emphasized that for the effective exercise of extended powers in the field of both rights protected by this institution, it is necessary to strengthen personnel capacities and that the National Assembly should approve without delay the announcement of public vacancies for filling positions in the Commissioner’s Office on an indefinite period.
