The designated Data Protection Officer fulfills his obligations prescribed by Article 58 of the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of RS” No. 87/2018 of 13.11.2018), which, among other things, includes informing and giving opinions to the Commissioner and his employees on their personal data protection legal obligations.

The Data Protection Officer designated by the Commissioner does not provide legal advice to other Data Controllers and other natural persons whom the Commissioner does not employ.
