Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in March 2026:

I Case statistics

In March 2026, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 2.541 cases, namely:

• 1.344 cases related to access to information,
• 873 cases related to personal data protection,
• 35 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 289 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 2.320 (1.273 — access to information, 742 — data protection, 62 — misdemeanor proceedings, 243 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
