Council of Europe Convention on AI in Personal Data Protection

Commissioner Milan Marinović, Deputy Commissioner Sanja Unković, and Assistant Secretary General, Head of the Information Technology Sector, Dragana Jovanović, participated in the International Conference “The Role of the Council of Europe Convention on Artificial Intelligence in Personal Data Protection (Legal, Ethical and Social Challenges in the AI Era)”, held in Warsaw.

The conference was dedicated to key aspects of personal data protection in light of the Council of Europe Convention on Artificial Intelligence, practical aspects of personal data protection in artificial intelligence systems, and the role of artificial intelligence in the judicial system.

The conference was also attended by data protection authorities from several European countries.
