Activities of the Office of the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection in March 2025

I Case statistics

In March 2025, the Office of the Commissioner received a total of 2.544 cases, namely:

• 1.868 cases related to access to information,
• 196 cases related to personal data protection,
• 81 cases related to the misdemeanor proceedings in both fields of the Commissioner’s competencies,
• 399 cases related to both fields of competency and the work of the Commissioner’s Office.

This month, the total number of resolved cases is 3.375 (1.612 — access to information, 1.256 — data protection, 94 — misdemeanor proceedings, 413 — harmonization, cooperation, education, certification, and reporting in both areas of the Commissioner’s competencies).
